Include in your message:

  • Your Covy username
  • The order number if your question is about a transaction
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots if relevant

Via the app

  1. Go to Profile > Help & Support
  2. Tap "Chat"
  3. Create a new ticket
  4. Describe your issue

You can track the status of your tickets in Help & Support > Chat.

Response time

We do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Urgent requests (ongoing dispute, payment issue) are handled as a priority.

When to contact us

  • Problem with an order that you can't resolve with the seller/buyer
  • Suspended account or access issue
  • Bug in the app
  • Payment or Stripe question
  • Urgent report (safety, fraud)

What we can't do

  • Change the price of another seller's listing
  • Force a seller to accept an offer
  • Speed up La Poste delivery times
  • Provide tax or legal advice
