Response time
We do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Urgent requests (ongoing dispute, payment issue) are handled as a priority.
When to contact us
- Problem with an order that you can't resolve with the seller/buyer
- Suspended account or access issue
- Bug in the app
- Payment or Stripe question
- Urgent report (safety, fraud)
What we can't do
- Change the price of another seller's listing
- Force a seller to accept an offer
- Speed up La Poste delivery times
- Provide tax or legal advice
