Before deleting
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Before proceeding, know that:
- All your listings will be deleted
- Your sales and purchase history will be erased
- Your reviews and reputation will be lost
- Your username will be released
- Your ongoing orders must be completed before deletion
How to delete
- Go to Profile > Settings > Account management
- Tap "Delete my account"
- Select a reason (optional but helpful for us to improve)
- Read the permanent deletion warning
- Confirm
What happens next
- You are immediately logged out
- Your data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy
- You cannot recover your account after deletion
Alternative
If you just want to take a break, you don't need to delete your account. You can simply:
- Turn off notifications to avoid being disturbed
- Remove your listings if you no longer want to sell
- Come back whenever you want
