Access settings
Go to Profile > Settings > Notifications to manage your preferences.
Notification categories
Lives
- Live reminders: notification before a live you've bookmarked starts
- Sellers going live: when a seller you follow starts a live
Social
- Activity: when someone follows you or interacts with your profile
Orders
- Updates: shipment tracking, delivery, status changes
Marketing
- Promotions: flash sales, special offers
- You can turn off this category if you don't want marketing notifications
Quiet hours
Turn on "Do not disturb" to block notifications between 10 PM and 8 AM. Notifications are queued and delivered in the morning.
Turn off everything
You can turn off each category individually. If you turn off everything, you'll only receive critical notifications related to your ongoing orders.
