Add a card
- Go to Profile > Settings > Payments
- Tap "Add a card"
- Enter your card details (number, expiration date, CVV)
- Your card is securely saved via Stripe
Accepted cards
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay (via Stripe)
Default card
- You can set a card as your default
- It will be used automatically for your purchases
- You can always choose a different card at checkout
Remove a card
- Go to Profile > Settings > Payments
- Tap on the card you want to remove
- Confirm the removal
Security
- Your bank details are never stored by Covy
- Everything is handled by Stripe, certified PCI DSS Level 1 (the highest security level)
- Covy only sees the last 4 digits of your card
Common issues
- Payment declined: check that your card is valid and that you haven't reached your spending limit
- Expired card: remove it and add your new card
- Double charge: if you've been charged twice, contact support@covy.app with the order reference
