Joining a live
- Find a live from the Lives tab or the home screen
- Tap to join
- You see the seller's video feed and the products they're presenting
Instant buy (fixed price)
When a product is in fixed price mode:
- The price is displayed on screen
- Tap "Buy" to purchase it instantly
- First come, first served — if stock is limited, be quick
Auctions
When a product is in auction mode:
- You see the current price and the time remaining
- Tap "Bid" to place your offer
- The bid goes up by increments (e.g. +5 CHF)
- If you're in the lead, you see "You're in the lead"
- If someone outbids you, you get a notification
- When time runs out, the highest bidder wins the item
After the purchase
- The order is created automatically
- You get a confirmation notification
- The seller prepares the shipment after the live
- You can find the order in Profile > My purchases
Tips
- Turn on notifications to know when your favorite sellers are live
- Set up your payment method in advance to buy quickly
- In auctions, set a maximum budget so you don't get carried away
