How does it work?
Covy offers a buyer protection system in case of issues. If the received item doesn't match the description, you can open a dispute.
Opening a dispute
If your item is not as described:
- Take photos showing the issue
- Open a dispute from your order in the app
- The seller has a set timeframe to respond
- If no agreement, the Covy team arbitrates the situation
Refund
If the dispute is resolved in your favor, you're refunded directly to your original payment method. The timeline depends on your payment provider.
