Why photos matter
Photos are the main evidence in a dispute. Good photos speed up the resolution and increase your chances of getting a refund.
What to photograph
Item not as described
- Full view of the item you received
- Close-up of the defect or difference from the listing
- Label with the size, brand, composition
- Screenshot of the original listing for comparison
Suspected counterfeit
- Logo and brand close-up
- Interior labels and stitching
- Sole or underside of the item
- Packaging (box, dust bag, certificate)
- Comparison with an authentic item if possible
Damaged item
- Visible damage from multiple angles
- Packaging showing whether the damage is from shipping
- Package as received (before fully unpacking if possible)
Tips for good photos
- Shoot in natural light
- Use a neutral background (table, plain floor)
- Take sharp, not blurry photos
- Show scale (place an object next to it if relevant)
- Take at least 3-4 photos from different angles
Submitting your photos
- Open the dispute from your order
- Tap "Add photos"
- Select all relevant photos
- Add a description of the issue
