When to leave a review?
You can leave a review after you've confirmed receipt of an item. A "Leave a review" button appears on the order page.
How to rate
- Go to Profile > My purchases
- Open the completed order
- Tap "Leave a review"
- Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars
- Add a comment (optional but recommended)
- Submit
One chance only
You can only leave one review per order. Take the time to think carefully about your rating and comment.
What makes a good review
- Specific: mention the item quality, packaging, speed
- Honest: give a fair rating, neither too generous nor too harsh
- Helpful: help future buyers make their decision
Where do reviews appear?
Reviews are visible on the seller's profile. They contribute to their reputation and help buyers choose trustworthy sellers.
