Tracking, statuses, and managing your purchases

View my orders

Go to Profile > My Purchases to see all your orders with their status.

Order statuses

| Status | Meaning | |---|---| | Pending | The seller hasn't shipped yet | | Shipped | The package is on its way | | Delivered | The package has arrived | | Completed | You confirmed receipt | | Dispute open | An issue is being resolved |

Package tracking

If the seller added a tracking number, you can track your package directly from the app by tapping on the order.

Confirm receipt

When you receive your item:

  1. Verify the item matches the description
  2. Go to the order
  3. Tap "Confirm receipt"
  4. The seller gets paid

If you don't confirm within the protection period, receipt is automatically confirmed and the seller is paid.

Cancellation

  • Before shipping: contact the seller via messaging to request cancellation
  • After shipping: cancellation is no longer possible, but you can open a dispute if the item doesn't match
