View my orders
Go to Profile > My Purchases to see all your orders with their status.
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning | |---|---| | Pending | The seller hasn't shipped yet | | Shipped | The package is on its way | | Delivered | The package has arrived | | Completed | You confirmed receipt | | Dispute open | An issue is being resolved |
Package tracking
If the seller added a tracking number, you can track your package directly from the app by tapping on the order.
Confirm receipt
When you receive your item:
- Verify the item matches the description
- Go to the order
- Tap "Confirm receipt"
- The seller gets paid
If you don't confirm within the protection period, receipt is automatically confirmed and the seller is paid.
Cancellation
- Before shipping: contact the seller via messaging to request cancellation
- After shipping: cancellation is no longer possible, but you can open a dispute if the item doesn't match
