Delivery methods
At checkout, you choose from the options offered by the seller:
National shipping
- The seller ships the package via the post office
- Shipping fees are displayed before purchase (set by the seller, ~8 CHF average)
- You receive a tracking number when the seller ships
Handover
- Free — no shipping fees
- You agree on a place and time with the seller via messaging
- You check the item on-site before confirming receipt
Timeframes
- The seller has the indicated timeframe to ship after purchase
- Delivery usually takes 1-3 days within Switzerland
- For handover, the timeline depends on your arrangement
Delivery issues
- Package not received: check tracking in the app. If the package seems lost, contact us at support@covy.app
- Damaged package: take photos and open a dispute from the order
- Seller doesn't ship: after the indicated timeframe without shipping, you can request a refund
