Delivery, handover, and tracking

Delivery methods

At checkout, you choose from the options offered by the seller:

National shipping

  • The seller ships the package via the post office
  • Shipping fees are displayed before purchase (set by the seller, ~8 CHF average)
  • You receive a tracking number when the seller ships

Handover

  • Free — no shipping fees
  • You agree on a place and time with the seller via messaging
  • You check the item on-site before confirming receipt

Timeframes

  • The seller has the indicated timeframe to ship after purchase
  • Delivery usually takes 1-3 days within Switzerland
  • For handover, the timeline depends on your arrangement

Delivery issues

  • Package not received: check tracking in the app. If the package seems lost, contact us at support@covy.app
  • Damaged package: take photos and open a dispute from the order
  • Seller doesn't ship: after the indicated timeframe without shipping, you can request a refund
