Before shipment
If the seller hasn't shipped yet:
- Contact the seller via the order messaging
- Ask them to cancel the order
- If the seller agrees, the order is cancelled and you get a refund
Covy does not allow unilateral cancellation. The seller's agreement is required.
After shipment
Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You have two options:
- Wait to receive the item and resell it on Covy if you no longer want it
- Open a dispute if the received item doesn't match the description
Seller: cancelling a sale
If you're a seller and can't fulfill a sale:
- Go to Seller Hub > My sales
- Open the order
- Contact the buyer to let them know
- Contact support@covy.app to cancel the order
Refund
In case of cancellation:
- The refund is issued to the original payment method
- The timeline depends on your payment provider
