Order statuses

Track a package
If the seller added a tracking number:
- Open the order
- Tap the tracking number or the "Track" button
- You'll be redirected to the carrier's website
Timeframes
- The seller has the indicated timeframe to ship after the order
- Delivery typically takes 1-3 days within Switzerland
- The seller is paid after the protection period following delivery (or immediately if you confirm receipt)
