Order tracking

Statuses, tracking and order steps

View my orders

  • Buyer: go to Profile > My purchases
  • Seller: go to Profile > Seller Hub > My sales

Order statuses

| Status | What it means | |---|---| | Pending | The seller is preparing the shipment | | Shipped | The package is on its way — a tracking number is available | | Delivered | The carrier indicates the package has arrived | | Completed | The buyer confirmed receipt — the seller is paid | | Dispute opened | A problem has been reported and is being resolved | | Cancelled | The order was cancelled |

Track a package

If the seller added a tracking number:

  1. Open the order
  2. Tap the tracking number or the "Track" button
  3. You'll be redirected to the carrier's website

Timeframes

  • The seller has the indicated timeframe to ship after the order
  • Delivery typically takes 1-3 days within Switzerland
  • The seller is paid after the protection period following delivery (or immediately if you confirm receipt)
