What is a live?
A live lets you present and sell your items on video, in real-time. Buyers join your live, see the products, and can purchase instantly.
Create a live
- Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen
- Select "Create a live"
- Fill in the details:
- Title of the live
- Description (what you'll be selling)
- Date and time of start
- Cover photo
- Add the products you'll present from your catalogue
Prepare your products
Before your live, make sure you've added all your products to the catalogue:
- Each product has a title, photos, price, and description
- You can add them from Profile > My Catalogue
- During the live, you select which product to show on screen
During the live
- Present your items one by one in front of the camera
- Buyers see the active product and can purchase in one tap
- You see comments and purchases in real-time
- You can switch the active product at any time
After the live
- Orders are created automatically
- You receive a notification for each sale
- Prepare and ship orders as you would for a classic sale
