National shipping
- Package your item carefully (protect against shocks)
- Print or write the buyer's address (visible in the order)
- Drop off the package at the post office or a drop-off point
- Add the tracking number in the app so the buyer can track the package
Handover
- You and the buyer agree on a place and time via messaging
- Meet in a public place
- The buyer checks the item
- The buyer confirms receipt in the app
- You get paid

In case of issues
- Item damaged during shipping: the buyer can open a dispute with photos
