Go to Profile > Seller Hub > Received offers to see all offers on your listings.
Available actions
For each offer, you can:
Accept
- The buyer is notified and proceeds to payment
- The sale is completed at the offer price
Decline
- The offer is declined
- The buyer can make a new offer if they want
Counter-offer
- Suggest an in-between price
- The buyer can accept, decline or make a new counter-offer
- Back-and-forth is unlimited
Response time
- You have a set timeframe to respond to an offer
- After that, the offer expires automatically
- The buyer can then make a new offer
Automatic minimum offer
If you want to avoid lowball offers:
- Go to your listing settings
- Enable "Minimum acceptable price"
- Set a threshold — offers below it will be automatically declined
Tips
- Respond quickly — buyers often purchase from the first seller who responds
- A counter-offer is often better than a flat decline
- Check your offers regularly so you don't miss any
