How you get paid
Every sale goes through Stripe Connect. Here's the flow:
- The buyer pays via the app
- The money is secured by Covy during shipping
- The buyer confirms receipt (or the protection period expires)
- The amount (minus commission) is transferred to your Stripe account
- Stripe transfers the money to your bank account within 2-7 days

Example: you sell for 100 CHF → you receive 89.50 CHF.
When do I get paid?
Payment is released when:
- The buyer confirms receipt in the app
- OR the protection period expires without dispute
View my payments
Go to Profile > Settings > Payments to see:
- Your payout history
- The status of each payment
- Your pending balance
Common issues
- "Stripe not configured": go to Settings > Payments to connect your account
- Pending payment: normal during the protection period
- Incorrect amount: verify the commission (10% + 0.50 CHF, current rate) was correctly deducted
