Available metrics
Earnings
- Available balance: ready to be transferred to your bank account
- Pending balance: in transit (released after confirmation)
- Total earned: cumulative total of all your sales
Periods
You can view your stats over three periods:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- All time
Details
- Number of sales
- Average order value
- Number of views on your listings
- Earnings evolution chart
Recent sales list
Below the metrics, you'll find a list of all your sales with:
- Product sold
- Amount
- Payment status
- Date
If your balance is blocked
If your balance is blocked, possible reasons are:
- Ongoing dispute on an order
- Incomplete Stripe verification
- Suspended account — contact support@covy.app
