Shipment proofs protect both sellers and buyers. They confirm that the package was actually sent and help resolve disputes quickly.
The 3 steps
Step 1: Photo of the package
- Take a photo of your package with the shipping label visible
- The app automatically detects the barcode on the label
- Make sure the address and tracking number are legible
Step 2: Video of the package
- Film your package for 2 to 10 seconds
- Show the entire package with the label visible
- This proves it's a real package (not a screenshot)
Step 3: Review and confirm
- Review the photo and video
- Enter the tracking number manually if automatic detection didn't find it
- Confirm the shipment
Checklist before submitting
- The label is stuck on the package
- The package is ready for the carrier
- It's a real package (not a screenshot)
- Only one package is visible
- The photo will be shared with the buyer
After submission
The buyer receives a notification with the tracking number. The order status changes to "Shipped".
