What are they for?
Shipping profiles let you pre-configure your shipping costs once and for all. When you create a listing or a live, you select a profile instead of re-entering the amounts.
Create a profile
- Go to Profile > Settings > Shipping
- Tap "Create a profile"
- Configure:
- Name of the profile (e.g. "Standard", "Express", "Large parcel")
- Base cost for the first item (e.g. 8 CHF)
- Cost per additional item (e.g. 2 CHF)
- Cap maximum shipping cost (e.g. 15 CHF)
- Save
Concrete example
With a "Standard" profile (base: 8 CHF, extra: 2 CHF, cap: 15 CHF):

Default profile
You can set a profile as default. It will be automatically selected when you create a new listing.
Edit or delete
- Tap an existing profile to edit it
- Swipe left to delete it
- Existing listings are not affected by changes to a profile
