Handover lets you meet in person to exchange the item, with no shipping costs. It's free and often faster than postal delivery.
How does it work?
- The buyer places an order and selects "Handover"
- Payment is secured through Covy (the seller doesn't receive money immediately)
- Seller and buyer agree on a place and time via messaging
- The exchange takes place: the buyer checks the item
- The buyer confirms receipt in the app
- The seller gets paid
Safety tips
- Choose public places for the exchange
- Check the item before confirming receipt
- If there's an issue, you can open a dispute like any Covy purchase
Payment remains held until the buyer confirms receipt or the protection period expires.
