Why verify your account?
Verification builds trust between buyers and sellers. A verified account inspires more confidence and can increase your sales.
Verification levels
Basic verification (automatic)
- Phone: verified during sign-up
- Email: verified by confirmation code
Seller verification (Stripe)
When you set up Stripe Connect to sell:
- Identity: name, date of birth
- Address: verified by Stripe
- ID document: may be requested by Stripe
- Bank account: IBAN verified
Seller account statuses

Check your status
Go to Profile > Settings > Payments to see your Stripe account status and required actions.
Seller badges
Badges appear on your profile and listings to reassure buyers. They are automatically awarded based on your activity and verification.
