Covy is a community of enthusiasts. To make sure everyone can buy and sell with confidence, we ask every member to follow these rules.
Be honest
- Describe your items accurately: real condition, authentic photos, fair price
- Don't sell counterfeits
- Don't use false information on your profile
Be respectful
- Communicate politely with other members
- No insults, harassment, or threats
- No discriminatory, hateful, or violent content
- Respect other users' privacy
Play fair
- Honor your commitments: if you buy or win an auction, pay up
- Ship on time if you're selling
- Don't manipulate auctions (fake accounts, shill bidding)
- One account per person
Stay on the platform
- Make all payments through the app — no direct transfers
- Don't ask others to communicate outside of Covy to complete a sale
- Off-platform transactions are not protected
Consequences
Breaking these rules can lead to:
- A warning
- Removal of content or listings
- Restriction of certain features
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent ban
Covy may act immediately and without prior warning if the situation calls for it.
