Counterfeits, abusive behavior, fraudulent listings

What can you report?

  • Counterfeits: an item that isn't authentic
  • Fraudulent listing: misleading description, stolen photos
  • Abusive behavior: insults, harassment, threats
  • Inappropriate content: offensive photos or descriptions
  • Prohibited items: illegal substances, weapons, dangerous objects

How to report

Report a listing

  1. Open the listing
  2. Tap the "..." menu in the top right
  3. Select "Report"
  4. Choose the reason for the report
  5. Add details if needed

Report a user

  1. Go to the user's profile
  2. Tap the "..." menu
  3. Select "Report"
  4. Choose the reason

Report during a live

  1. Tap the "..." menu during the live
  2. Select "Report"

What happens next?

  • The Covy team reviews the report within a set timeframe
  • If the report is justified, action is taken (listing removal, warning, account suspension)
  • You won't be informed of the specific action taken for privacy reasons
